Hey, I’m Mandie Brice — welcome to A Lil Better!

I started this space because I believe that big growth doesn’t always require big time.

Here at A Lil Better, my goal is to help you make life just a little bit better — even if all you’ve got is a few minutes a day.

My Journey
I’ve worn a lot of hats: I was once a middle school teacher, then I became a model and makeup artist, and now I’m also a yoga teacher and writer. Throughout all of it, one thing has stayed constant: my love of learning, growing, and sharing. I also hold a Master’s degree in Education, which helped shape how I teach, communicate, and build meaningful, bite-sized lessons.

A Little Bit More About Me
When I’m not writing or teaching yoga, I love listening to music, reading for fun, making playlists, lifting weights, walking my dog, spending time with my family and friends and going to basketball games.

I believe that small habits + consistent reflection can lead to big transformational ripple effects.
